Add org.opencontainers.image.* labels to Dockerfiles
...
- This should ultimately help for image-to-code back references.
- `org.label-schema.*` labels are now deprecated, in favour of `org.opencontainers.image.*` labels.

- Git revision is now injected at `docker build` time.

Remove the deprecated MAINTAINER field in Dockerfiles for LABEL maintainer instead

Also add https://microbadger.com/labels labels and remove LABEL fields where they already are inherited

Use a data volume container for BoltDB files.
...
We provide a very small image to use for this container.
Also we add an empty weavedata.db file to weave image so it doesn't crash when run without volume override
