Bryan Boreham 2eed101a93 In weavewait, wait for the multicast route to be added before calling container entrypoint.
We have moved the 'route add' command to the end of 'attach', so this
indicates that all network interface set-up is complete.

Paul Bellamy f55655216f [proxy] rewrite /etc/hosts from outside the container
Avoids problems when container user is non-root. Added a test for this
and the --no-rewrite-hosts flag.

Paul Bellamy 7cc53c4c68 [proxy] Handle case where no command is specified.
The docker daemon can't do this because we set /w/w.

Paul Bellamy e4458372e8 [proxy] weavewait rewrites /etc/hosts so weave ip is returned first from 'hostname -i'
Adds a --no-rewrite-hosts flag to the proxy, and be default, removes the
docker IP from hosts. We only discard the docker host when it exists, so
--net=none works.

Paul Bellamy e2447721eb [proxy] We can only rely on receiving a signal when we are a container
Due to https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/9098, there is no way to
signal an exec. Instead we'll have to just poll the interface and hope.

Adds `weavewait -s` which is the way to tell weavewait to skip waiting
for a signal, which we use on execs

Paul Bellamy 92444a75eb [proxy] Use USR2 signal to tell weavewait when to continue
There was a race condition with containers running and exiting before
`weave attach` was finished, which would cause an error.
