Damien Lespiau 1a8d479227 Update gopacket to latest master to benefit from memory optimization 
Upstream has done some work saving 133k allocated objects on startup (init()),
which translates into a saving of 30-50MB RSS memory.

Marc CARRE 8f9b2a36c0 Remove dep. on docker and use mflag from common. 
This reduces the number of dependencies, and avoids having docker as a vendored dependency, which should speed the build up.

Marc CARRE 77e6c6f886 Upgrade to latest 'common' and 'build-tools'. 
If building against the latest 'build-tools', you would typically get:
tools/runner/runner.go:18:2: cannot find package github.com/weaveworks/common/mflag
This change fixes the issue by upgrading both dependencies.

The updated version includes parsing of IFLA_PROTINFO
which is needed to get info about hairpin mode when
