In weavewait, wait for the multicast route to be added before calling container entrypoint.
...
We have moved the 'route add' command to the end of 'attach', so this
indicates that all network interface set-up is complete.

Gossip-based DNS embedded in the router.
...
- Nameserver holds a sorted list of (hostname, peer, container id, ip) tuples.
- Entries are gossiped using topology gossip / broadcast - only new/updated entries
are propogated as expected.
- Entries for a given peer are removed when the connection to the peer is lost.
- Entries are tombstoned when containers die. Tombstones are kept for 10mins,
as they do not need to survive partition, only gossip propagation delay.

Check specific addresses differently to networks
...
For a network, as used by IPAM, we care if *any* address in the range
could possibly conflict with an existing address routed by the host.
When given a single address, we only care if *that specific address*
conflicts with an existing route.
