These incantations are said to fix DNS on Vagrant VMs running with a
private network.

Michael Bridgen 6404ac30b9 Minor improvements to vagrant VMs 
* disable the default Vagrant shared folder, which we don't need
 * install `bc` on the dev VM, since it's needed by the smoke tests
 * expose the dev VM docker on TCP, for convenience

Michael Bridgen 380f2eb6b9 Switched to lxc-container (from docker.io) 
lxc-docker is the docker-maintained package, which is rather more
current than the Ubuntu one.

Michael Bridgen 4c7fb5ce91 Added hook for local vagrant config 
If there's a file Vagrantfile.local, run that too. This can be used to
e.g., add the weavedns directory as a synced folder too.

Michael Bridgen 5f824e3bfd Added minimal vagrantfile 
This makes an Ubuntu-based vagrant image that has
 - docker installed
 - go tools installed
 - weave dependencies installed
 - $GOPATH set to ~
 - the local working directory mapped as a synced folder into the
   right place in $GOPATH

So one should be able to

    $ vagrant up
    $ vagrant ssh
    vagrant$ cd src/github.com/zettio/weave
    vagrant$ make -C weaver
