EnsureBridge used to skip creation and initialization of the weave
bridge and friends if such existed. This caused problems when
EnsureBridge failed before completing all init steps and so, subsequent
weaver could not work without "weave reset".
This change makes EnsureBridge idempotent.
"weave attach $CIDR $CONTAINER_ID" is no longer possible w/o
running weaver. This feature was undocumented and complicated
the weave script, as "weave attach" required to call "create_bridge".
Removing the feature allows us to eliminate the bridge creation
from the script.
Running "weave attach" w/o weaver results in the following err:
bridge "weave" not present; did you launch weave?
Also, this commit simplifies the "attach-container" cmd from
weaveutil by removing "mtu" as a param. The cmd is used
only by "weave attach", and a mtu is value for an attached
container interface is exactly the same as one of the weave bridge.
Both cmds depend on running weaver which creates the bridge
during its initialization. So, calling "create_bridge"
during execution of the cmds is redundant.
e.g. if we get a clash because someone else has updated the data, it
returns the new data so we should work off that next time.
Also re-fetch the Annotations every time round the main loop for safety.
Remove things like "args" and "env" which bulk the logs, aren't
relevant to the function of weave-npc, and may include sensitive
information.
Use a black-list rather than a white-list because we can't be sure
what information will be necessary in future.
There was a bug in handling "default-allow" ipsets - it could not
cope with out of order receive of Pod updates. E.g:
1) AddPod(Pod_A, PodIP_A),
2) AddPod(Pod_B, PodIP_A),
3) DeletePod(Pod_A),
would result with PodIP_A being removed from "default-allow" ipset,
as such ipset entries were not refcounted. Bypassing of refcounting
was due to the fact that adding a netpol which dst-selects a Pod which
IP addr is in "default-allow" ipset has to remove the IP addr from
the ipset regardless of refcount value of the IP addr entry in the
ipset. So, refcounting in such case didn't make sense and it was
bypassed.
This commit changes the way entries are refcounted in ipsets, and
it makes "default-allow" ipset the same citizen as other ipsets, so
from now "default-allow" ipset is refcounted.
Now we don't bundle the docker command inside weaveexec, we need to do
an explicit 'docker pull' to ensure the images are there.
Also set the weavedb tag to :latest to remove a warning from docker
