Remove some unused tools from the Weave docker containers
...
Use of `ethtool` was removed in #1958
`util-linux` was needed for `nsenter` which was removed in #3291

Add org.opencontainers.image.* labels to Dockerfiles
...
- This should ultimately help for image-to-code back references.
- `org.label-schema.*` labels are now deprecated, in favour of `org.opencontainers.image.*` labels.

- Git revision is now injected at `docker build` time.

Remove/move down WORKDIR lines in Dockerfiles
...
They seem to stop Docker using its build cache.
Removing the line entirely stops weaveproxy from working, as it
assumes it can exec `./weave` from the current directory.
