Paul Bellamy 827ba446ab Remove /var/run mount from exec_remote. Proxy uses /var/run/weave/weave.sock 
It was left in for backwards compatibility, in 1.1.

Bryan Boreham 81e8ba223f Do network attach on docker event rather than intercepting start and restart commands. 
This means it also works when the docker daemon restarts a container.
