Michael Bridgen f64876a64b Increment the server port for each test 
Occasionally the test servers overlap and the test will fail with
"address already in use".

Adam Harrison 0f492b563e Fix test compilation 
Tests weren't compiling due to change of ListenHttp() signature. Fixed
for now by reintroducing domain parameter in addition to server, as this
allows the HTTP tests to pass in a nil server parameter. In the long
term DNSServer should probably become an interface so we can mock it
easily in such a scenario.

Matthias Radestock 123e8bbb28 reduce likelihood of IP clashes in tests & examples 
by using the 10.2 range, which is not one used by docker and also is
less likely than 10.0 to be used by something else.

Fixes #402.

Matthias Radestock 6d69ac5532 refactor and tweak dns tests 
- extract helper function
- use "lots and lots of MX records" instead of "lots of TXT records"
  for testing large response
- calculate on the fly the number of records we need to generate a
  large response
- don't hardcode "weave.works"

Michael Bridgen db9bae4162 Use the fallback for reverse lookups too 
I considered a couple of different factorings, that is

 * Implementing the fallback as a Lookup
 * Having a server struct that held the resolv.conf and methods for
   handling queries

but ultimately, this is simple and works.

Michael Bridgen 97bece2d7b Move testing utils to its own package 
So as not to pollute command-line flags with test.* options.

It appears that importing "testing" (from stdlib) will add flags. To
avoid this, we need code to not depend on testing. But, since
testing_utils was previously in the same package as the rest of the
code, it dragged testing in.

Renaming testing_util.go to e.g., util_for_test.go might be enough to
avoid it being compiled with the regular code. We may want it to be
available to tests for other packages -- after all it is utilities for
testing -- so it goes in its own package.

Michael Bridgen 15ebc2c9a7 Factor the making of handlers out 
NB I removed free variables from the LookupFunc implementations, to
avoid confusion between `s` the receiver and the closed-over `s`.

Also corrected a mistake in the write error log message.
