breaks long sentence (with dangling subject) into two sentence

ask yourself: does `enables` refer to `this repository` or `weave net`, and it should become clear that it's unclear at best.  if you take out the parentheticals, it reads:

breaking into two sentences helps smooth this bumpiness.
