Matthias Radestock 82da45a638 go get test dependencies 
The previous 'fix' wasn't working since it `go get -t`'ed the dirs
where our executables live. Which don't contain any tests.

David Wragg 4162dcafd3 Make the full EthernetDecoder available to LogFrame 
So that LogFrame can include information about the decoded frame beyond
the ethernet layer.

That way the export can be just a single tar, which is more
convenient. And without introducing unnecessary image builds.
