Matthias Radestock 58515ca36e make weave(proxy) startup death message more generic 
...in order to account for `docker logs` not working due to custom
logging drivers.

Partially undoes #958. Partially fixes #1453.

Matthias Radestock 356d06915b refactor weave script http calls 
- inline http_call into call_weave
- rename http_call_ip to http_call
- make http_call take the IP & port as one single "address" argument
  instead of separate args

chan would be nil, and the response handler would hang.

David Wragg a67b9f566a Use consistent options for all "go get"/"go build" invocations 
Without this, building with go-1.5 fails with

    go get ./prog/weavewait
    go install net: open /usr/local/go/pkg/linux_amd64/net.a: permission denied

This makes the options passed too "go get"/"go build" consistent for
all executables. So it should be safe with go-1.4.
