Marc CARRE 067ce6de9f Update Weave-Kube daemonset YAML files using Launch Generator. 
Note that given the YAML's structure is different from previous version, indentation of `COVERAGE_ARGS` had to change (+4 whitespaces to each line).
Commands used:

Marc CARRE 9facab53b7 Add Launch Generator to weave-kube docs. 
Details:
- Update weave-kube docs to avoid explicit versioning by leveraging the Launch Generator.
- Update weave-kube docs to mention YAML customisation via the Launch Generator.
- Warn about potential backward incompatibility of the generated YAML, and how to ensure YAML and Net versions are compatible.

Marc CARRE d4a98a58f4 Use shfmt v1.3.0 instead of latest from master. 
Before this change, `go get`-ting` would pick the latest version of `shfmt` which keeps changing, hence frequently breaking our builds.

After this change, we download the `shfmt` binary from its GitHub releases page which is fast and locks the version we use. Note that `RUN` does not like herestrings, hence `echo "..." | sha256sum -c` for checksum.

Alternatives considered:
- `go get gopkg.in/mvdan/sh.v1/cmd/shfmt` -- but `gopkg.in` currently doesn't behave well for this tool
- `go build` from a `git` tag -- but this is much more involved.

Bryan Boreham 3cb6569d55 Don't clear WEAVE-NPC chain here; it is controlled by weave-npc. 
We don't get a very useful error object back from go-iptables and I
didn't feel like parsing the message, so just ignore all errors.
It would be racy to try to check if WEAVE-NPC existed before calling
NewChain.

Bryan Boreham bebaa48520 Change weavedb from an emptyDir to a hostPath volume 
EmptyDir has the same lifetime as the pod, whereas we want our
persistence to extend past that, e.g. when Weave Net is upgraded.

`weave reset` cleans out the file.

We assume that /var/lib is writable.

Bryan Boreham 77201e949d Don't check if weave is running in protect_against_docker_hang 
Since it is only called in contexts where we have already checked that.
We don't need the detail of whether plugin is enabled; if it's not
running then it's ok to remove those socket files.

Bryan Boreham 292a50a891 Don't check if the plugin is enabled before trying to remove the default 'weave network' 
If the plugin wasn't enabled then that network shouldn't exist.
If the network 'weave' doesn't exist then util_op remove-plugin-network will do nothing.
If it does exist for some reason then docker will pause for a while and remove it anyway.
