Marc CARRE 33ce8c5060 Remove obsolete validation and warning. 
This logic was added for backward compatibility and to warn users about changes made ~2 years ago.
Given we are planning a 2.0 release for Weave Net, such logic is now irrelevant and can be removed.

Bryan Boreham c59c86c660 Only publish "latest" tag on v2 plugin if explicitly told to 
For V2 plugin, "latest" means "latest stable release", to make
instructions simple for end-users.  So we don't want to overwrite
"latest" with a random build by accident.
