Matthias Radestock 64408b126e weave launch-router wasn't returning the correct container id 
since $CONTAINER gets stomped on by various functions, in particular
populate_dns.

Broken by #1065.

Tom Wilkie 6e5995964d Make 210_dns_cross_hosts_test.sh excercise gossip dns tombstones. 
Also, make gce.sh less verbose, and do the env dance correctly.
