Matthias Radestock 85ac8177ad inline (u)int8 array to string conversion 
so that the code compiles regardless of the uts.Release array type,
which varies across platforms.

Fetches addresses for every veth that is in a network namespace and
attached to the specified bridge.  Works by iterating over every process.

Bryan Boreham 71491138aa Extract function to return all current process ids 
This implementation should be more efficient because it only uses the
names under /proc, whereas the previous implementation fetched the
full directory entry for each one, and sorted them too.

Martynas Pumputis cdeae04238 Create restart.sentinel after storing peer list 
Otherwise, we risk to lose peer list when any failure happens after
the creation but before storing the list and as a consequence,
the weave container gets restarted.

Martynas Pumputis fd5e1970e1 Return nil netdev if netns of container cannot be found 
The change applies to GetNetDevsWithPredicate. The function calls
FindNetDevs which already does the same filtering.

The change prevents from "container-addrs" (weaveutil) returning
"unable to open X process namespace" error which happens when
a container dies while the cmd is being executed.

Bryan Boreham ac4246e1f5 Pass in default subnet when creating 'weave' plugin network. 
New behaviour in Docker 1.12 means it disregards a plugin-supplied
address pool that overlaps an existing route, which causes a hang as
noted in #2469. When we pass in the subnet, Docker believes we really
do want that address range and avoids the hang.
