Matthias Radestock 83464a38eb remove explicit multicast detection 
We don't need. Multicast addresses never appear as sources and hence
never end up in the peer_cache. And the router always broadcasts
frames with destination addresses that aren't in the peer cache.

Matthias Radestock 6501934a15 make with_container_netns take the container as the first arg 
and invoke the subsequent command.
This is closer to typical 'with' semantics.

Matthias Radestock 4ddfc47448 don't trip over truncated udp packets 
and log such events, plus any other errors during decoding, nicely,
including the connection on which this occured.

Michael Bridgen 4c7fb5ce91 Added hook for local vagrant config 
If there's a file Vagrantfile.local, run that too. This can be used to
e.g., add the weavedns directory as a synced folder too.

Michael Bridgen 5f824e3bfd Added minimal vagrantfile 
This makes an Ubuntu-based vagrant image that has
 - docker installed
 - go tools installed
 - weave dependencies installed
 - $GOPATH set to ~
 - the local working directory mapped as a synced folder into the
   right place in $GOPATH

So one should be able to

    $ vagrant up
    $ vagrant ssh
    vagrant$ cd src/github.com/zettio/weave
    vagrant$ make -C weaver
